General OverviewInsta Laundromat provides wash, fold, steam iron, premium laundry, and specialty cleaning (such as blankets and quilts) with pickup and delivery services within designated operational areas in Bengaluru, Karnataka.We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of any changes.2. Pricing & Minimum Order RequirementPrices for all services are listed on our website or mobile platform and are subject to revision.Minimum Order Value: A minimum order value of ?399 applies to all orders to qualify for Free Pickup & Delivery. Service Rates:Wash & Fold: ?79 per kg Wash & Iron: ?109 per kg Premium Laundry: ?55 per piece Steam Iron: Individual per-piece rates apply (e.g., Pant/Shirt ?10, Kurtis/Chudi ?15, Dhoti/Panche ?30, Saree ?50??100). Blanket / Quilt Cleaning: ?250 (Single) / ?300 (Double) 3. Pickup & Delivery PolicyScheduling: Pickup and delivery time slots are provided as estimates. While we strive to meet requested timeframes, delays due to traffic, weather, or unexpected operational issues may occur.Customer Availability: The customer or an authorized representative must be present at the provided address during the scheduled pickup and delivery times.Unattended Deliveries: If you request items to be left at your doorstep, with a security guard, or with a neighbor, Insta Laundromat is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft occurring after delivery.4. Garment Inspection, Care & ExclusionsCustomer Responsibility: Customers are required to check pockets for money, jewelry, valuables, electronics, or sharp objects prior to handover. Insta Laundromat is not liable for loss or damage to items left in pockets or damage to other garments caused by such items.Special Care & Defects: We inspect garments before processing; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, color bleeding, shrinkage, worn-out fabric, missing buttons, or natural wear and tear.Label Compliance: We follow standard care label instructions where available. Items missing care labels or requiring special non-standard processing are cleaned at the customer?s risk.Stain Removal: While we utilize professional stain removal techniques, complete removal of stubborn stains cannot be guaranteed.5. Claims & LiabilityInventory Verification: Count and verify all garments upon delivery. Any discrepancies (missing items or damage) must be reported to our customer service team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.Maximum Liability: In the rare event of verified damage or loss attributable to our process, Insta Laundromat's liability is capped at a maximum of 5 times the processing charge of the specific garment, or a percentage of its depreciated current value, whichever is lower.Unclaimed Items: Clothes not collected or delivered due to customer unavailability within 30 days of processed status may be disposed of or donated without further liability.6. Payment TermsPayment can be made online via accepted digital payment gateways or cash/UPI upon delivery as permitted.All invoices must be settled in full prior to or at the time of final delivery.7. Cancellations & ReschedulingPickups may be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled window.If a driver arrives for pickup and the order is canceled or unattended at the door, a nominal service fee may apply toward future orders.8. Governing Law & JurisdictionThese Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.Any disputes arising from or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.9.
